Hello.

I've been using a free tier account for more than a year, I've been using the free VM to build my own personal (nextcloud-based) cloud with zero problems. Now I want to upgrade to a paid account to use Oracle Cloud for my personal "disaster recovery" plan (have a backup for my computer in the cloud).

So, I requested an upgrade to a paid account on Jan 18th but I still see the "Your account upgrade is in progress." message. Using information from some threads in this forum, I've tried the following with no success:
