Bank Account Deactivation and Activation scenarios

Summary:

Please suggest on the below business requirement

Once employee get terminated and rehired again in the same country- the old account should display

Once employee is transferred out to the country and transfer back to origin country- the old account should display to the employee

Account Should be Inactivated upon Termination by custom process and upon Rehire the same account can be activated if required

Please let me know if the above can achieved and if yes how
