Checklist task how to update Talent by the performer ?

Hello

In checklist templates - in a task type - "application task" would like to know if there is an option to 

update the worker's TALENT ? by the worker as a performer or by HR.

i dont see talent/ skills and qualifications under the ""application task"

is there any other option to implement it ?
