Internal Employees : Search Attachment in Candidate Search

Search resume for internal employees who have not applied to any requisitions.

Is there a way for active employees to attach a resume to themselves and have it be searchable from candidate search in ORC? We do not want them to have to apply to a requisition. One thought was that we have them attach their resume as an attachment in their Talent Profile, but this doesn't appear to be a searchable option? Often, employees have details in their resume that aren't in other sections of their Talent Profile that we would like to be able to search.
