Compensation Plan - calculate average budget

Hello,

In the compensation plan, we would like to display average budget instead of the total value (compensation amount filtered by team) (yellow), so basically comp amount filtered by team divided by eligible workers.

I know that total is calculated as sum of Merit Amount (green), so my idea is to create FF to calculate Merit Amount per person and divide it by Eligible Workers number (blue), so final value will be already in average.

Do you if this is possible to take Eligible Workers value in FF? It will be changed once I select another team...
