We're trying to provide a use case on which the salary calculation for a specific grade would be deducted by a certain percentage using a formula. The criteria for this is whether the person has the grade and FTE being less than 0.9. I'm wondering how the Salary Calculation Formula works the grade ladder is set up with grade with steps. Are there any reference materials that I can read upon or is there anyone who worked with Salary Calculation Formula? If there is can somebody point me on the right track by providing samples or documents.
