Can we force Requisitions to validate that the "End Date" field is on or after the "Start Date"?

Summary:

To avoid manual errors, user needs the Requsition lline flexfield "End date" - ATTRIBUTE_DATE2 is depedent of the value entered in "Start date" ATTRIBUTE_DATE1 as shown in the attached file, in the way that End Date is always forced to be greater than Start date.
