Gratuity Payment to be added as earnings element

Summary:

Gratuity Payment is a Seeded element provided by oracle and the priority is set as 9100 , when i tried changing the priority it is not allowing. Is there a way where i can increase the priority of element same as earnings elements i.e 2500. as in the backend the netpay_run is in negative and causing issues.

If you see the below calculation, even if the employee is having sufficient earnings (Including Gratuity) to recover the deductions , it is not deducting the entire amount. Please let me know how do we handle such scenarios.
