Monitor Automated Email Notifications in Oracle Fusion
In Oracle Fusion in almost all modules we do have an option to send the Automated Email Notifications to customer / supplier / employee etc. In Oracle Fusion we don't have any option to monitor those Automated Email Notifications whether those are success or failed.
Use Case and Business Need:
If we take an example of Order Management module we can enable the business events and an automated email can be send to customer regarding their order statuses. But here we cant monitor those Automated Email Notifications either sent or not. Also we don't have an option to customize those email notification since we don't have a provision to add any new columns. Only the layout design we can change.
