To Skip Deduction calculation for a particular day

Hi All
Our customer has a requirement .
System should identify the employees missing time entries(Out Time) dynamically for a specific day, and should avoid deduction element .
Ex: Employees based on Head Office location on 15 Feb-2022 , are required to evacuate the premises on fire hazard (emergency).
Hence, misses the clock out time, in such cases deduction element should not be triggered for that particular day 15-Feb 2022 .
Rest of the other days system should consider and calculate the deduction element.
