Report dashboard in springboard for Compensation Plans

Summary:

Our client requirement is to create report dashboard which gives status for Plan which has say 10000 employees and have 5000 managers .We have Budget as well for the plan . So through that dashboard we can get a holistic view of Budget utilized, Managers allocation, etc.
