The BIP Catalog page search box is inoperable.

Summary:

I've been looking into it for a long time, but I've never figured out why the BIP catalog page search box doesn't work. I tried the same thing in multiple instances but had no luck.

Attached screen snap for refereance. If anyone knows anything about this, please shed some light on it.
