The customer uses the same organization tree for both CoreHR and ORC.

The organization tree is based on the department hierarchy.

When creating a new version of the tree, by adding a new department, is it correct that in the Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information task, the version does not automatically update?

What are the impacts if I update it manually? Should a ess job be launched or do I experience a temporary down of ORC?
