Anyway to delay the Onboarding checklist by half/1 hr

Summary:

We have a Welcome Email (notification) that is configured in CSP and it triggers when the candidate is Moved to HR Phase.

We also have configured a onboarding Checklist which is based on the Action Name "Add Pending Worker"

So when the candidate is moved to HR, both checklist and Welcome Email reaches candidate almost the same time.

Is there any way to delay the checklist email by few mins/hrs. (30 min to 2 hrs.) , so that Candidate will receive first Welcome Email and then Onboarding Checklist Email.

We can delay checklist by a day by setting value "Days for Initiation" but it don't take hrs as input
