Process to change the frequency of a Scheduled Process in Fusion Cloud
Summary:
Our Client is running Financials Cloud & Projects and has more than 15 Business units and have scheduled the Invoice approval workflow process that is currently running every one hour for each of the Business units. However the requirement is to run it every 10 minutes for each of the BU. Client does have the Parent ID numbers that each of the schedules. Please confirm if the following steps are correct in order to change the frequency of an existing Scheduled Process?
In the Scheduled Process window query for the Parent ID
Select the Parent ID and ensure it is in Wait status
