Issue with PDF files when accessing pre-boarding tasks

Hello,

We configured tasks that are 'Document' type and attached PDF documents to them.

We noticed these PDF documents when downloaded appear in non-PDF format when employee accesses this task as part on onboarding?

Has anyone experienced this in your previous projects?
