Rest API to fetch Requisition Custom field details from Taleo(TBE)

Hello there, everyone.

We're trying to retrieve jobtype information under Requisition custom fields from Taleo Business edition, and we're not sure whether there's a Rest or soap service that can help us.Can anyone help me on this that would be great.
