Summary:
In the 22A update, The Purchase Requisitions REST service is enhanced to support a new attribute BudgetDate at the distribution level. This is the date based on which the budget is consumed. Users can now provide this manually in the REST payload. If they don't provide a value, then the system will apply System Date by default. Note that both POST and PATCH actions are supported for this attribute.
