Summary:

We're using OIC up update opportunities and we have the email of the person who is passing in the opportunity. We know the territory of the opportunity. I just need to see if the person wanting to do the update is in the same territory so that I know they have access to do the update.

We were previously allowing anyone on the TEAM to perform an update (The list of team members is conveniently in the opportunity payload) but now they want to expand that to anyone in the same territory as the opportunity.
