Per Diem foreign Countries

Summary: When we in Denmark have to pay per diem to employees, we must do so per country and per hour. If an employee is travelling for e.g. 15 hours, 1/15 part of the amount must be paid out.

When we want to upload per diem installments, we can only do it per country i.e. 24 lines and not all countries at once (about 600 lines). The file upload into Oracle Fusion Cloud fails, when we do it for all countries at once.

Does anyone have experience, how to upload all countries at once?
