Autocomplete rules is not triggering via OIC
Summary:
An integration is used to update the following data for an employee. (Assignment Status and Action)
Once the integration is complete, there is an autocomplete rule that will update the grade step progression flag based on the value of the Assignment Status and Action. Example: If integration updated the Assignment Status to LOA, the grade step progression flag should be disabled or unchecked. However, we noticed that the autocomplete rule is not being triggered, but if we do a manual update for an employee, the autocomplete rule kicks of.
