urgent Help with Withdrawn/reject

Hallo colleagues

I am finding a very strange behavior and I am wondering if it’s a BUG or I am missing something


In the selection process we created a phase and automatically it is created with this 2 steps:

Rejected by employer

Withdrawn by candidate

However when we move the candidate to this phase in the selection process he can see only Rejected by employes
