Alert composer doesn't triggers bell notification and email

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing a problem with the alert composer. We have enabled an alert for the Feedback Request and used the Worklist as the Communication Method. However, the user still haven't receive the notification either by the bell icon or by email. Do we have to run a specific process for the alert to be sent or do we have to wait for some time till the alert is sent?
