A way to use a skip rule to skip the element if another element is not present?
Summary: Is there a way to reference another element to see if a particular input value of it is null, and if null, skip the element to which the skip rule is attached? It would have to be within the same payperiod.
Content (required): We have a requirement to include an element only if another element exists and one of its input values is not null. In essence, we need to include element B on the earnings for the payperiod only if element A is present.
