Currency Conversion with Components

Hello experts,

I have created a plan with people from multiple countries. I have selected a corporate currency that is euros and have enabled currency switching. In active plans I have specified an exchange rate for the two currencies used in my plan:

When I go into my plan, I am able to switch currencies for the salary but not for the components. I have activated the column Currency Conversion Rate and it says 1 for all lines even the ones not in the corporate currency. The column "proposed individual increase" is the "Percentage of eligible Salary - Component 1" and the column "Augmentation pour budget" is "Compensation amount - Component 1". This is what I see in local currencies:
