DFF not available in Subject area even after running the specified process

Summary:

We have created an OTBI report for Projects using Project Cost - Actual Real Time subject area and it includes a couple of DFFs. This report was migrated from one instance to another and DFFs were also created with BI enabled checked. But when we ran the report, getting error (see below) even after running the job 'Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence' two three times. These DFFs are not visible in subject area itself.
