How can we set file type .xlsx as the default when doing an Activity Export?

Content (required):

When we do a 'Export Activities' in OFSC, the file type is '.csv'. However, we have one specific user for who the default file type is '.xlsx. we compared our Excel and Computer settings but could not find why the default for this user is .xlsx?
