External candidates application fields vs. talent profile fields for internal candidates
We have configured the skills field for external candidates. In their job application, in ORC, recruiter can find them as "Job application skills".
What I noticed is that when an internal candidate applies and has his/her Talent profile filled in, in the job application in ORC recruiter will see section Skills (filled with info from Talent Profile) and also section Job application skills (empty).
Same behavior is for work history: when internal candidates apply there is a section in their job application called "Previous positions" (coming from Talent profile and filled with information), while section "Work history" will remain empty.
