BPM Worklist: How to Identify or Recreate Shared Views

Summary:

An admin was previously given access to a shared view in BPM Worklist and wants a new team member to have access to that view. The admin confirmed that it wasn't a personalized view, but did have to be added individually. The individual who originally granted access is no longer with the company, so we're not able to ask how the view was originally shared.

Content (required):

  1. How do we add an existing Shared View that is not a personalized view? Specifically the "PPM Projects Workflow Administrative Tasks" Shared View.
  2. How do we identify what the Shared View consists of so we could recreate it #1 is not feasible? Editing the view only displays the name and sort order (screenshot below).
