How to Recover Account Admin

Locked out of account/Removed all permissions

I was trying to change my email address on my account which manages all of my cloud services. While doing this, I maanged to remove me from the Administrative role and permissions. I didn't even know that could of been a possiblity.
When I go to try to do any and all functions on the cloud panel, I receive the error "Authorization failed or requested resource not found". I can not create new services, edit or remove users or update them, view or use the console.
Can we fix this issue?
