Displaying the Result of Salary Calculation Formula from a Grade Ladder when Hiring an Employee

edited Mar 1, 2022 1:52PM in Compensation 1 comment

Summary:

A person's salary defaults to 0.00 when using a salary calculation formula on a grade ladder.

Content (required):

A formula is used on the grade ladder to calculate the salary of a person. When hiring the salary of the person is defaulted to 0.00 when the salary calculation formula is used. The formula pulls the amount from the current step of the employee from the grade ladder. I just want to get the value from the formula showing up on the hiring page.
