Is it possible to customize the HCM extract failure notification email content?

Content (required):

We have a requirement to customize the HCM Extract failure notification email content. I do see a TaskActionRequiredReport seeded report in workflow notification but I think it will also be used by all the seeded processes and this customization must not impact the other seeded notifications for the other processes. Please suggest if this approach is correct or if there a better approach.
