Summary: HCM Checklists (HR Paf form replacement)

I was wondering if anyone has been able to successfully decommission HR personal action forms and begin to utilize checklists/journeys instead.

We use a third party system currently to manage PAF forms - The way this works currently is that we have a form that is completed by certain people in the organisation, it is then pushed through a workflow, each person must approve before the change can be applied in the system.

We are in the process of trying to do this and what we want to do is the following:
