Published Job Requisition and External Career Site SQL

I am looking for Table(s)/SQL that link the Job Requisition posted and External Career Site configured.

Content (required):

I am currently facing issue to create a report that links the job requisition posted and new active external career site.

I am using below tables :

IRC_REQUISITIONS_B

IRC_PUBLISHED_JOBS

IRC_CX_SITES_B

While the default 'CX' career site is deactivated, IRC_PUBLISHED_JOBS still has only this site_id.
