Hide fields only for new requisitions

Hello everyone,
We have enabled the Responsibilities and Qualifications fields under Posting description in both Test and Prod environments.
We have discovered that information under these fields are not shown on LinkedIn or other external job boards.
Issue is currently under investigation with Oracle.
Until a solution is found, we want to take the fields off.
We tried to remove the fields in the Test environment, but the requisitions that are filled have lost the information under Responsibilities and Qualifications.
Is there any way to hide the fields only for requisitions created going forward, without losing data on the requisitions filled?
