'Edit' mode in offer letters

Variables not pulling through in 'edit' mode

Hello,

We have noticed that when creating an offer letter, if we are in 'edit' mode, the variables from the offer grid are not being pulled through. We can only see them pulled through when in 'Preview' mode.

This previously worked for us. Does anyone know if this is a bug/has been in a recent release?

We are currently on version 21D.1.3
