Fast Formula FTE

Hello,

the client would like to have the FTE into the compensation plan. I'm trying to create an FF but it does not work.

DEFAULT FOR CMP_IV_ASSIGNMENT_ID IS 0

DEFAULT FOR PER_ASG_FTE_VALUE IS 'AS'

L_DATA_TYPE = 'NUMBER'

L_DEFAULT_VALUE = PER_ASG_FTE_VALUE

RETURN L_DEFAULT_VALUE, L_DATA_TYPE

Can someone help me in write this FF?
