Blue box return

Has anyone else noticed the 'blue box' doesn't disappear again?

This was fixed a few versions back but has now started showing up again. If you accidentally scroll over a candidate name and the box comes up it sometimes doesn't go away. You can navigate to a completely different screen and it is still stuck there. The only way to get rid of it is if you close your window and start over. It is just happening randomly but randomly is still too much. Anyone else having this happen again? (Picture attached shows the blue box from a candidate list view still showing up when they navigated to the home
