Summary: Step progression based on Length of Time since last step increase


Content (required): We have requirements to progress between each step based on one year intervals from the last step increase. We've created a seniority date that is based on step-change date and then created a 1-year interval derived factor, which is used in our eligibility profile. The eligibility profile is placed on each step requiring the one-year interval. When we run the Grade Step Progression process, the results return errors, but when we go to the error tab we get a blank page. Our best guess is that process is finding multiple steps for which the
