Resizing boot volume does not work

Trying to resize the boot volume on my free tier instance,from 47GB to 100GB results in :

Edit Volume Error: The requested volumeSize 100 GB is not supported. It should be between 0 GB and 0 GB.

Is this due to free tier ?

Do I only get 47GB for my instance ?
