Have weights based on goal categories instead of individual goals.

Summary:

Hi Talent Management experts, my client wishes to use goal weights on performance goals, however they do NOT wish to enable the weights at the goal level. Instead they wish the weightage at category level. So for e.g. if they have 4 categories (A,B,C,D), they may decide to go with a split of A = 50% B= 20% C&D = 10% each split of weights. Is there any way to achieve this requirement.

Any other genius workaround to achieve this requirement?
