To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

HR Help Desk - Restrict Category selection
Summary:
How can we restrict a user to select Top Category in case the Child categories exist for them, while raising a Service Request in the HR Help Desk?
For Example- The system has a top category as "Learning Management", which has child categories like E-learning, Instructor-led, Learning-venue, Certifications, etc. Now, the user should be restricted to select the category "Learning Management" while raising a Service Request.
