What is the significance of sequence number on the element entry

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We used HDL data loader to load the element and the sequence number has an extremely large sequence number after loading these elements. We tried analyzing the issue and found that there is a Fast Formula that is coded to use high sequence number to differentiate manual batch loader vs rest of the inbound processes.

Now we want to change this design and it’s better to consistently increment numbers rather than using a very large sequence number unless its designed to avoid any special circumstances.

Any thoughts if this change would cause impacts?
