Need to populate value in Budget Distribution Amount Column (in Budget worksheet)

In compensation worksheet, calculation is been done to populate bonus amount.
For Budgeting purpose, Client wants to populate calculated bonus amounts for each employee in Budget distribution page.
Need some help to populate the calculate bonus amounts in Distributed amounts column.
Based on that, Initially client will allocate the calculate bonus amounts as budgets (making available budget as zero) and publish.
After that, for required managers, client will add additional amounts in their budgets.
