How to manage compensation plan columns visibility in addition to user roles
Summary:
Content (required):
Hello experts,
we have implemented a unique plan available for several countries. At this moment I have noticed that columns visibility can be managed by user role only (there is an option to allow to enable/make visible or just read only user-defined columns by roles).
We need to hide columns for some countries and make visible the same columns for others, but there are HRs working for several countries and as a result we cannot manage column visibility by roles.
Could you suggest me another solution to manage column visibility?
Thanks in advance for your time!
