Cannot termination employee. Error: "Accrual date selected must be during active enrollment period".
Summary:
HR is not able to termination employee. The error messages states "The accrual date selected must be during an active enrollment period". ANC-3405140
We have ran the Withdraw Accruals Process and have end dated the accrual record. Attempted to terminate the employee and continue to receive an error.
