AP DASHBOARD DON'T SHOW IN FULL SCREEN

We can’t see dashboard across the top in AP inquiry, also we can’t see items without scrolling down ( no full screen option), further you have to export to excel to review. Is there any option to change this? Or this is an Oracle issue?
