Feedback collection Check via Fast Formula in Candidate Selection Process

Summary: Hi ,we are using a fast formula at one of the states of the CSP. Formula is created to check if we have multiple participant in feedback collection and none of them has given the feedback, recruiter won't be able to move the candidate to the next phase. However, if any one of them has given the feedback, recruiter should be able to move the candidate to next phase. Problem is that fast formula is not showing any impact on the state and phase and move button is always enable for recruiter.
