How to modify fields visibilty for sucession plan from talent review ?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to change the visibility of fields for succession plan from talent review ?

We have today "preparation", "Impact of loss", "risk of loss" and "Willing to relocate".

And I would like to hide some of this fields and maybe add some other fields.

There is a way to do that without use Page composer ?
