Reports folder missing from Planning Apps in SmartView

Summary:

Reports folder is missing for users in smartview in our planning apps over the past couple weeks. Potentially aligned with Feb production updates. Am I missing an obvious setting?

We have not historically utilized reports much, however have begun trying to do more recently and using the SmartView functionality to open the reports commonly. However recently the Reports folder disappeared for all the users on SmartView version 21.100. It is still visible for folks that are testing out 21.200 but that deployment for our enterprise is still a bit in the future.

Anyone else experiencing this or am I missing something completely obvious here (likely). Either way is there a quick fix to bring it back?
